HR Manager
Duties:
- preparation and conduction of interview;
- search and work with corporate clients;
- maintaining of data base of applicants, processing of recruit services market information and information about business rivals;
- maintaining and preparation of analytic reports;
- filling of documentation and business communication

Education: Higher education in the sphere of management, economics, finance or business administration
Requirements:
- 3 years of responsible work experience in Human Resources
- knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Internet
- excellent touch typing skills
- work with office technics (printer, copy machine, scanner, Mini-ATS, fax)
- ability to work in team and independently
- fast adoption to new conditions of work;
- self-reliance, diligence, self-discipline, sociability, firmness of purpose
- fluent English
- experience in direct communication;
- loyalty to company;
- observation of subordination and business lexicon;
- social feeling, stress stableness, innovative approach
- leading qualities
- knowledge of bases of recruitment, sociology or psychology, methods of organization HR department work is preferable.
Salary: 400.000 - 600.000 sum
